With revenue already in the hundreds of millions, we are scaling aggressively toward our next growth milestone. We are seeking a Vice President of Product (B2C) to define and drive our consumer product vision, strategy, and execution. This is a high-ownership, in-office leadership role in Fremont, CA where you will be responsible for delivering the next generation of customer experiences that fuel growth from $200M → $400M and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the consumer product strategy and roadmap across all B2C offerings (parking, car wash, insurance, EV charging, roadside, etc.).
  • Build and scale AI-first consumer product features that drive savings, convenience, and peace of mind.
  • Drive product execution with discipline and speed, ensuring delivery of features that improve acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Design to align priorities with B2C growth goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, setting a high bar for consumer experience and execution.
  • Establish strong processes for requirements gathering, prioritization, and ROI-driven decision making.
  • Continuously evaluate consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive offerings to keep Way.com ahead.
  • Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Must have: Previous Senior Product Leadership experience at a unicorn B2C startup (e.g., DoorDash, Airbnb, Dave, or similar).
  • If you do not have unicorn B2C experience, please do not apply.
  • 6 years of product management experience, with at least 1 years in senior leadership roles eg Director of Product.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products with measurable growth and retention outcomes.
  • Deep experience driving AI-first product development and leveraging data/ML to improve consumer experiences.
  • Hands-on product leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect consumer product decisions directly to revenue and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • This is an in-office role in Fremont, CA. Remote or hybrid work is not an option.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in consumer metrics: retention, MAU/WAU, cross-sell, retention and NPS.
  • Growth in revenue contribution tied to consumer product initiatives.
  • On-time delivery of consumer-facing features and product milestones.
  • Adoption and engagement of AI-driven consumer features.
