Most importantly, we prioritize a workplace where people feel respected, supported, and motivated to do their best work.**Primary Objective:** Lead Crestwood’s net-new revenue strategy driving sales across North America.**Key Responsibilities*** Drive new logo acquisition through core products (Acumatica, Microsoft Business Central) and complementary solutions (M365, Crestwood Cloud, Crestwood Products, ISV offerings).* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business objectives and needs.* Develop, coach, and motivate the Account Executive team to achieve sales goals.* Oversee onboarding, continuous learning, and performance review processes for the Account Executive sales team.* Manage pipeline performance and ensure accurate forecasting.* Optimize and document sales processes.* Design and execute effective sales plans.* Expand and scale referral partner channels.* Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes, sharing insights that shape sales strategy and messaging.* Serve as a cross functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, Services, and Product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, proposals, feedback loops, and partner programs.## Qualifications**Required Education, Skills & Experience*** Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred* Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role* Minimum 6 years as an Account Executive in an ERP/SaaS environment* Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills* Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle* Ability to articulate clear product and service value propositions* Demonstrated experience developing client focused, differentiated solutions* Strong understanding of competitive positioning**Supervisory Responsibility:** Oversees and leads a team of Account Executives.**Benefits & Perks*** Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance* Short and Long-term Disability Insurance* Life Insurance* Simple IRA with company match* Flexible PTO* Paid Holidays* Career Enrichment Program*Crestwood Associates is an equal opportunity; an affirmative action employer committed to workplace diversity.*
