What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own the product vision and roadmap for key areas of the SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with company strategy
- Lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Serve as a confident product representative in client-facing settings, including demos and feedback sessions
- Facilitate alignment across product, engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate product performance and inform decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 6–8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software
- Proven ability to manage complex products with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and align various stakeholders
- Deep experience working with engineering and UX teams in agile environments

- Experience with insight, analytics, or research platforms
- Familiarity with online communities and unstructured data
- Experience executing AI features
