Job Summary:
EWOR supports ambitious entrepreneurs in starting and scaling startups. They seek a Biotech Co-Founder / CTO to build and run a biotech startup while receiving personal development and coaching from experienced founders.
Responsibilities:
- Build and run your own startup in biotech or related fields.
- Engage in a personalized development program crafted by unicorn founders, focusing on goal, time, and energy management.
- Receive hiring support through our network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
- Get coaching to make your startup 'investible' and ready to raise funding.
- Iterate your product until achieving product-market fit and receive support in building sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating.
- Willing to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
