We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Growth Marketing to accelerate our customer growth trajectory. This strategic, results-oriented leader will report directly to the CMO and work collaboratively across multiple teams to smash our growth targets with precision and creativity.
- Strategic Growth Ownership: Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels, including Meta, YouTube, SEO, Direct Mail, and mobile. Build and scale unified, integrated marketing programs that fuel sustainable top-of-funnel growth.
- Performance, AI, and Experimentation: Optimize key metrics like CAC, payback period, ROAS, and conversion rates. Build a culture of rapid experimentation across web and campaign surfaces. Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate execution, improve performance, and scale intelligently.
- Team Leadership: Lead and grow a cross-functional growth team spanning digital media, offline, content, Web/CRO, and SEO/GEO. Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across GTM teams, including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Growth, and Sales, to optimize paid product adoption within the customer's first 60 days.
