$25-$32 hourly About the Role

We’re looking for a people-focused, organized, and proactive Social & Events Coordinator to help bring our events and member experiences to life. This role is the main point of contact for external events after they’re sold, supports communication with Arrowood Social Club members, and helps keep pickleball operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized under pressure, and being at the center of live events, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do

Event Execution/Coordination Be the main point of contact for external events after the sale Work closely with the Event Sales Director to ensure smooth handoff and execution Execute event details including timelines, BEOs, vendors, and rentals Communicate clearly with operations, culinary, beverage, and service teams Be on-site during events to support execution and assist clients and guests Help resolve issues calmly and professionally Complete post-event notes and feedback Arrowood Social Club

Serve as a go-to contact for Social Club members Communicate about events, benefits, and programming Respond to questions and concerns in a friendly, timely way Coordinate internally to ensure member benefits are delivered consistently Pickleball Support

Help oversee daily pickleball activity Monitor reservations and court usage Assist with resolving scheduling or system issues Escalate larger concerns to leadership when needed Team Communication

Work closely with multiple departments to keep everyone aligned Keep event details, timelines, and documentation organized Support teamwork during busy or high-pressure situations What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of hospitality experience preferred (events, clubs, guest services, or similar) Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) A true people person who enjoys working with guests and teammates Comfortable coordinating and guiding teams during live events Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and events Why This Role Matters
