Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Check Into Cash, Safford, AZ. You’ll help people access financial solutions when they need them, build connections with a diverse customer base, and process transactions (e.g., check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments) while delivering exceptional in-store experiences. The hourly wage for the position is $17.25 per hour. This rate is one element of our Total Compensation package. What We Offer

What You’ll Do – Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business. Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy. Offer personalized financial services that fit customers’ needs. Enter and maintain customer information with precision in a POS system. Build new business by completing daily call campaigns. Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments. Perform duties outside the office when applicable (e.g., on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing); participate in in-store and community events. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance the customer experience. Maintain office security and conduct opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management as needed. Uphold compliance with Company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes. Work efficiently in a dynamic environment and navigate multiple tasks to meet performance standards. Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends. A full-time schedule is at least 40 hours per week. Store hours and minimum hours may change by brand; discuss up-to-date requirements with your recruiter. What We’re Looking For – Qualifications And Skills
A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately. Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems. Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama). Background check required with results considered in accordance with applicable law. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (standing up to 90% of the time, moving up to 25 pounds, inside/outside store, keyboard use). Nice To Haves - Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing. Cash handling and vault management experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for certain locations.
