This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Technician. The Sales Technician will engage in tasks such as providing exceptional customer service, maintaining communication with clients, conducting technical training sessions, and assisting with equipment start-ups. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales processes, engaging in negotiations, and ensuring customers have the necessary knowledge to operate and maintain equipment effectively. Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships Experience in delivering Training and providing technical support Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively Technical knowledge or experience in wastewater treatment and equipment is a plus
