Overview TCU Athletics, a member of the Big 12 Conference, is seeking qualified applicants for two Marketing Graduate Assistants. Responsibilities and opportunities may include, but are not limited to: assisting the Athletics Marketing Staff in promotions and marketing efforts for all 21 sports, developing and implementing marketing and sales plans for assigned sports with a focus on increasing overall attendance, student attendance and revenue. Prepare all aspects of game-day production and promotions, assist with Football game day activities, assisting in overseeing student intern staff, and helping coordinate events that coincide with athletic events and all TCU Athletics marketing efforts. Responsibilities also include contributing to the collaboration of Athletics External Marketing, Communications, and Creative Content Units.

Responsibilities

Assist Athletics Marketing Staff in promotions and marketing efforts for all 21 TCU intercollegiate sports.

Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for assigned sports with a focus on increasing overall attendance, student attendance and revenue.

Prepare all aspects of game-day production and promotions, assist with Football game day activities.

Assist in overseeing student intern staff and help coordinate events that coincide with athletic events and all TCU Athletics marketing efforts.

Contribute to collaboration with Athletics External Marketing, Communications, and Creative Content Units.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations or related field.

Minimum one year experience working in a collegiate athletics marketing department.

Two years experience working in sports marketing.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and graphic design platforms.

Self-motivated, positive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills, and strong work ethic.

Must be available nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a 2-year graduate program and able to start Summer 2026.

Must be insurable under the university motor vehicle requirements.
