Role Description These are full-time, on-site roles based in Alvin, Rockport or Corpus Christi, TX, for Sales, Finance, and Fixed Ops Professionals. Responsibilities include managing daily sales operations, coordinating financial services for customers, and overseeing fixed operations to ensure efficiency. The role involves collaborating closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, and optimize performance in sales and service departments. This role requires engaging with customers, building relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet their recreational vehicle needs.
Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills to promote RV products and services effectively Expertise in financial processes, including customer financing, loan approvals, and payment solutions Experience in fixed operations, such as overseeing service and parts departments Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members Ability to develop and implement strategies to meet sales performance goals Exceptional organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset Proficiency in using dealership software and related systems is a plus Previous experience in the automotive or RV industry is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred
