Responsibilities Launch & Execute
Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead-generation systems weekly
Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Convert prospecting and lead-generation efforts into booked appointments
Host two open houses per month to build pipeline and visibility
Client Consulting & Negotiation
Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify ideal homes
Consult with sellers, convert appointments into listings, and market homes
Negotiate offers CONFIDENTLY on behalf of buyers and sellers
Train, Practice & Perform
Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls
Listing Expertise
Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services
Qualifications Who You Are
A self-motivated, competitive sales professional who thrives on results
Naturally skilled at building rapport, listening deeply, and delivering solutions
Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and objection handling
A confident communicator with a strong commitment to client service
Mindset & Work Style
Growth-minded and learning-based, always looking to improve
Organized, disciplined, and strong in time management
Open to learning and mastering scripts and proven dialogues
A true team player who values collaboration and accountability
Required Experience & Credentials
Licensed real estate professional
3+ years of real estate sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
