Think Bank has an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting customers in achieving their financial goals. As a Banker, you will play a key role in guiding customers through informed financial decisions—whether by answering questions, assisting with transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, or connecting them with the right specialist or business line representative.

In this role, you'll build meaningful interactions with customers and help deepen their relationship with the bank. By working closely with your branch team and support partners, you'll ensure a smooth, positive customer experience and provide tailored solutions that best meet each customer's unique needs.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and making them feel welcome upon entering the branch

Welcome customers to Think Bank by walking them through account options, opening accounts, and explaining products and services

Engage in conversations with existing customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate products and services

Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and their in-branch experience is outstanding

Collaborate with branch staff to create a seamless, outstanding customer experience

Process transactions to help customers manage their finances

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Bachelor's degree preferred

6 months of experience in customer service or a retail environment

Schedule This is a full-time position working 40 hours/week. The hours range from 7:15 AM - 6:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 8:45 AM - 12:45 PM.

Compensation Compensation:

$25.07/hour
