Tranham Partners is excited to be supporting a Tier One Private Credit platform based in NYC as they look to expand their debt asset management team with an Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate to support the continued growth of the wider business.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate credit or debt asset management is strongly preferred, open to equity asset management and capital markets experience. Excellent academics from accredited institutions. Background within private credit, debt funds, banks, or insurance platforms, with familiarity managing structured real estate debt. Strong financial and analytical skills, including cash flow modeling, covenant tracking, and downside analysis. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior team members and investment committees. Responsibilities
Support the management of a portfolio of multifamily real estate debt investments across performing, watchlist, and workout situations. Assist in the execution of loan restructurings, modifications, and extensions, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors. Monitor collateral performance, sponsor behavior, and covenant compliance to identify emerging risks. Work closely with origination and credit teams to provide asset management insights during underwriting and deal structuring. Prepare portfolio monitoring reports, asset-level analyses, and materials for investment committees and senior management.
