Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Aubrey, Texas. Real Estate Agents will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. Daily responsibilities include providing expert advice, preparing and negotiating contracts, conducting property showings, generating leads, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining extensive knowledge of market trends. Agents will also deliver excellent customer service and act as the liaison between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Possession of an active Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of local real estate practices and regulations
Expertise in Real Estate, including knowledge of property listings, market trends, and comparable analysis
Strong Sales skills with experience in negotiation and closing real estate transactions
Exceptional Customer Service abilities and a focus on cultivating long-term client relationships
Experience with Real Property transactions and accurate documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in using technology and platforms such as MLS and CRM systems
Ability to work throughout DFW, with a proactive and professional mindset
