Overview Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a global food production conglomerate to hire a Production Designer.

You must be comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment and onsite M-Th 8-5, with remote work on Fridays. Assignment ends: 3/13/27, with potential to extend. Location: St. Louis, MO. Work schedule: 40 hours/week. Full-time onsite M-Th, remote on Fridays. Pay: $29-$34.91.

Position Summary This is for the in-house creative resource. Creatives here are talented, naturally curious and self-motivated individuals who enjoy the excitement of agency life with all the benefits of a big company. We share a passion for pets.

As a Graphic Design Technician, you will produce digital files for deploying accurately and on time. You will be able to prioritize work appropriately, accurately account for time and alert the correct parties immediately if a deadline is in jeopardy. As a critical and central member of the team, you are able to work successfully with the creative team, your project manager and the lead senior production designer.

Responsibilities

Graphic/Quality Standards: Proper use of trademarks and logos.

Legal and regulatory requirements met. All files meet AFFCO/NASC standards for quality. Meets internal standards of good typography: proper hyphenation, kerning, line breaks, legibility. Accurate sizes and specifications used throughout. All projects are routed to Proofreader before presentation to review group. Digital files are constructed in the most memory-efficient manner. Digital files are accurate and error-free. Ideal candidate would be both collaborative and self-sufficient with a problem-solving, proactive attitude and approach to role and responsibilities.

Skills: Extensive knowledge of Mac OS.

Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator: Knowledge of advanced key commands, paragraph formatting, typography, style sheets, tab fields. Proper digital file management/archiving. Knowledgeable in Illustrator for project specificity. Knowledgeable in Photoshop, including color correction and retouching. Knowledgeable in color/pre-press requirements for flexo and offset printing. Must be comfortable with troubleshooting, including recognizing and solving common system problems, data recovery techniques, and network management.

Project Self-Management: Work as a team with Creative and Production Services to seek out appropriate information for completion of projects on time.

Prioritizes work appropriately. Accurately accounts for time and alerts project manager immediately if project will exceed original timeframe. Meticulous organization and file management.

Design Skills: Responsible for design variations based on key artwork.

Perform all other duties as assigned

A congenial personality as pertains to working closely with others is a definite plus. A high energy and enthusiastic approach is a must.

Qualifications Education : High School and some college courses preferred.

Experience (Years/Type) :

Mac Digital Production. Thorough knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Experience with After Effects is a plus, but not required. Experience with packaging die-vinyls strongly preferred.

Fine print This is a W2 temporary assignment.
