No cold calling at all and you work at your own pace! Responsibilities
Service home buyers & home sellers at the highest level Work effectively with team and mentors Study and know local market statistics daily Manage a database of leads and contacts with daily follow up and appointment-setting Learn and use scripts and best practices for lead conversion Participate in team meetings, events and one on one coaching Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High energy and passionate about working with and helping others Committed to delivering exceptional customer service always Goal-oriented and high-achieving- a sales or high-level customer service background is a plus! Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative team environment - our team is fast-paced and results-focused. License not required to apply. Full-time Commission-based Ability to earn $100K+ a year A happy and fun office environment is important to us, and we work very hard to protect it. We work hard and play hard while maintaining a professional image, which is great for morale and gives our clients a different experience than they find anywhere else in town.
