
We’re partnering with a growing, design‑forward organization to hire a Junior Designer who has strong visual fundamentals and a passion for clean, modern digital design. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to sharpen their craft, learn quickly, and contribute to real-world brand and digital experiences.
You’ll work across a mix of brand and digital touchpoints—supporting marketing, web, and product‑adjacent design needs—while building a strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual systems.

Responsibilities
Design digital assets for web, marketing, and product‑adjacent experiences Support visual execution across landing pages, web modules, email, social, and paid media Apply strong fundamentals in typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and color Help maintain and extend existing design systems, templates, and components Translate brand guidelines into clean, consistent digital designs Create visual explorations, references, and layout variations as part of the design process Iterate on designs based on feedback while maintaining consistency and attention to detail Manage multiple tasks and projects with overlapping timelines Requirements
Bachelor's Degree A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work (professional, freelance, academic, or personal) Experience using modern design tools (Figma or similar) Comfort designing for digital formats such as web, email, social media, and ads Ability to work within established brand guidelines and design systems Strong attention to detail and pride in polished final output Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and incorporate feedback Experience or interest in using AI or generative tools as part of a creative workflow Familiarity with image, motion, or content‑generation tools is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements.
