Overview
The Enrollment Development Specialist I (EDS I) supports all marketing efforts for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The EDS I conducts marketing events to increase PACE awareness within an assigned geographical area, focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community-based organizations, and serves as the initial primary point of contact representing PACE to the senior population within culturally diverse and underserved communities. The primary responsibility is to increase census for the assigned PACE location. The EDS I identifies new referral sources, generates new leads, schedules visitors to tour PACE center(s), and procures qualified leads for enrollments. The EDS I represents the AltaMed PACE program while adhering to local, state, and federal laws and AltaMed’s Business Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior. The EDS I works as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to all customers and supports retention strategies to maintain member census for the PACE site Center Manager. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. A minimum of 2 years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience is required. Experience working with senior adults and/or underserved populations preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English, English/Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese, or English/Vietnamese preferred. Compensation
