The team partners with major retailers and develops creative displays, packaging, and planogram solutions across a wide range of product categories. Overview

The Junior Graphic / Packaging Designer will collaborate closely with both the Sales Team and the Design Team to create visually compelling and functional store displays, planograms, packaging assets, and presentation materials for B2B client engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior level designer to gain hands on experience in 3D modeling, retail merchandising, and packaging development within a high volume, trend driven environment. This role is onsite in Brooklyn and begins as an hourly temporary role with the intention to convert into a permanent position based on performance. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams to develop 3D models and renderings of in store displays and planograms. Assist in designing innovative, space efficient retail layout solutions to support merchandising strategies. Create presentation decks, visual assets, and imaging to support Sales in B2B client meetings. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new display and merchandising concepts. Support prototyping and testing of in store display solutions. Conduct trend research on visual merchandising, retail innovation, and packaging design best practices. Provide support with packaging design tasks as needed. Qualifications

Graduation from a top design school or relevant design program. 1–3 years of packaging or graphic design experience, ideally within consumer products, retail, or merchandising. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and/or KeyShot. Strong attention to detail and creative problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. A strong sense of visual aesthetics and passion for retail design. Must be a team player with a positive, solutions oriented attitude. Additional Details

This position will be paid hourly through 24 Seven during the temporary phase. Must be available to work onsite Monday–Friday in Brooklyn, NY. Temp-to-perm conversion is based on business needs and performance.
