Responsibilities
Negotiate and execute contracts for the purchase, lease, or rental of property Oversee all aspects of property management, including property maintenance and repairs Utilize Computerized Property Management System to track and manage property maintenance tasks Maintain organized files and records related to property management Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants or clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and customer relationship management Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with tenants, clients, and vendors Qualifications
Proven experience in property management or a related field Strong knowledge of facilities management practices and procedures Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts Preferred applicant will have a Florida real estate license
