RentLife is seeking motivated, tech-savvy Leasing Agents to join our growing Chicago team. You will represent a portfolio of high-quality residential properties and work directly with renters to guide them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
Responsibilities
Respond to and follow up with prospective renter inquiries Conduct in-person and virtual property tours Match clients with suitable apartment options based on needs and budget Utilize CRM and marketing platforms to manage leads and pipeline Coordinate applications, approvals, and lease execution Maintain accurate records and provide professional customer service Qualifications
Illinois Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain promptly) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools Self-motivated and organized Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment What We Offer
