Help People Find Their Perfect Home! AMLI Residential is looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join our team in Austin. This is a great opportunity to work across multiple luxury communities and gain valuable experience in the multifamily housing industry. AMLI South Shore and AMLI Covered Bridge are the properties involved.

What You’ll Do
Leasing & Sales
– Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment.
Prospect Engagement
– Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking.
Administrative Support
– Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately.
Resident Relations & Events
– Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests.
Marketing & Outreach
– Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and regularly assess competitors to stay ahead of market trends.
Community Presentation
– Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
High school diploma or GED required (college degree is a plus).
Strong communication & customer service skills – You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find solutions.
Saturday availability required (we’re closed Sundays!).
Tech-savvy & marketing-minded – Comfort with social media and leasing technology is a plus.
