This is a full-time hybrid role based in Roswell, GA, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. As a Community Association Manager - Portfolio, you will oversee multiple community associations, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating board and annual meetings, assisting with budget preparation, managing financial statements, overseeing vendor contracts, and addressing client and homeowner inquiries via the Vantaca software platform. You will work closely with board members and residents to maintain and improve the quality of the communities under your management. Qualifications

CAM license required. Vantaca software experience preferred but not required Strong analytical skills to assess community needs, resolve issues, and aid decision-making. Knowledge of finance, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and assessment collection processes. Experience in portfolio management and managing multiple properties or accounts effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with board members, residents, and vendors. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a diverse portfolio efficiently. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to meet community needs effectively. 2+ years of experience in property management or related fields is a plus.
