Responsibilities
Drafting & Negotiating Contracts:
Prepare and review purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
Due Diligence:
Conduct thorough title and survey reviews, and handle zoning and land use matters.
Client Representation:
Advise clients on complex real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Closing Coordination:
Manage all aspects of the transaction closing process, including coordination with lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel.
