We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction, excels at coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities from start to project closeout Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure quality and productivity Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Coordinate inspections, scheduling, and sequencing of work across multiple trades Maintain the construction schedule and proactively address delays or issues Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams Ensure work meets company standards, contract documents, and local building codes Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and site documentation Oversee punch lists, inspections, and turnover activities.
