app daily.* Own day-to-day website merchandising, including product setup, categorization, navigation, badging, pricing displays, and promotional placement, as well as lead continuous improvements throughout the customer lifecycle and optimize engagement, traffic growth and brand integrity* Conduct regular site audits to identify issues, gaps, and optimization opportunities across product pages, category pages, and key user flows. Update site as needed based on audits and feedback.* Execute website updates and enhancements, partnering with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure accuracy and speed to market* Implement and find SEO updates and opportunities, working to increase our share of organic search traffic across websites* Analyze website and product performance using analytics tools, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and engagement* Optimize product presentation, content, and merchandising strategies based on performance insights and business priorities* Provide monthly website analytics, campaign performance reports and benchmarks data against goals in support of overall business objectives* Analyze and track web traffic through Google Analytics and provide report-outs on trends and activity through to sales and manage site optimization* Support launches of new products, promotions, and campaigns by ensuring proper setup, QA, and execution on-site* Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, and technology teams to continuously improve the digital shopping experience* Ensure site content and merchandising adhere to brand standards and best practices* Stay abreast of new design technologies, techniques, and resources that will help to improve workflow and quality of projects. Find opportunities to automate and improve reporting.* Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.* Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Education/Certifications:* BS/BA in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience:* 2+ years of web strategy and site management experience* 1 + years using content management systems* 3 years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, or website management* 2+ years experience with Google Analytics (GA4)* CRM, Salesforce experience* Proven hands-on experience managing and updating websites within a CMS or commerce platform* Experience with product merchandising strategies in an eCommerce environment* Familiarity with SAP Hybris (or similar enterprise ecommerce platforms) and CRM platforms strongly preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights* High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4)* Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills* Able to work effectively in a constantly evolving environment* Ability to work with multiple departments on various projects depending on priorities* Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlinesThe pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $103,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
