Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes organizations operating warehouses, with an emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position focused on growing our service business, including planned maintenance programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products within the assigned territory.

This role supports a

Southern Colorado territory . Regular travel throughout the territory is required.

While classified as an outside sales role, this position operates in a full-cycle sales capacity, encompassing prospecting, quoting, account management, and ongoing ownership of customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts and prospect for new customers within the assigned territory.

Represent Rite-Hite product lines and services, including planned maintenance, repair services, parts, and accessories.

Develop solid territory business plans and effectively cover the territory on a daily basis.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to quote, close deals, and manage ongoing service relationships.

Qualifications

4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to build productive business relationships; and good mechanical aptitude.

Knowledge of the territory and customer base; ability to develop territory business plans; and ability to cover the territory daily.

The hiring range for this position in Denver, Colorado is $76,600.00-$114,950.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
