The Customer Sales Associate (CSA) is responsible for managing the warehouse customer service desk, answering phone calls, managing and fulfilling orders, and delivering or planning delivery of batteries. This position requires driving. The CSA develops and maintains positive relationships with customers, providing ongoing customer service and maintaining expert knowledge on parts and inventory. Responsibilities
Fulfill orders Manage billing by creating invoices for customers Read and respond to emails, phone calls, and answer questions from customers and vendors in a timely manner Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing commercial sales Develop new accounts through face-to-face and telephone contact with potential customers Maintain a safe working environment Build and maintain a strong relationship with the management team Take on additional tasks as needed to maintain and grow business Preferred Requirements
Efficiency and organization: be able to create and provide a daily log list of duties and accomplished tasks by the end of the day Self-sufficient: be able to multitask with little supervision, self-motivated, energetic, and a self-starter Customer skills: professional demeanor and ability to respond to customer orders and inquiries Lift batteries up to 50 lbs if needed Computer skills: sit and work on a laptop for an extended amount of time; working knowledge of computer and office software Office skills: perform general office duties such as filing, typing, drafting letters, scanning, and faxing documents Additional information
Position can be full or part-time based on your experience and skills. Hourly rate $18-$20 with the possibility of commission or profit sharing.
