Qualifications
Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
Proficiency in Market Research and implementing informed strategies
Knowledge of Property Management processes
Strong skills in Resident Retention and delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
Proficiency with property management software systems is a plus
Relevant experience in real estate or leasing management is preferred
