Customer Service Representative
position might be your perfect flavor match.
Reporting to our Customer Experience Manager, this role is all about delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and being the trusted voice our customers count on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the go-to point of contact for a wide range of customer questions, concerns, and happy moments.
Team up with Outside Sales Reps to provide seamless support to key accounts.
Field calls, respond to emails, and make follow-ups that keep our customers smiling.
Enter sales orders like a pro in your assigned territory.
Work hand-in-hand with our accounting team to resolve billing and invoicing issues.
Share pricing updates with key customers and ensure everything’s accurate and up-to-date.
Develop a solid understanding of our products to better assist (and upsell!) customers.
Represent the PS brand with positivity and professionalism.
Stay sharp on safety and good manufacturing practices.
And yes… other exciting responsibilities as assigned!
What We’re Looking For
High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
3–5 years of experience in customer service or sales (food manufacturing is a bonus!).
Excellent multitasker with a can-do attitude and a knack for staying organized.
Microsoft Office wizard—especially in Word and Excel.
A communication champ—both in person and online.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a fun, focused team.
You’ve got speed and accuracy when it comes to data entry.
You're flexible, driven, and passionate about delivering results.

This role does require onsite work at our Iron Ridge facility
Core Office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
40 hours a week
