This role is a full-time customer service position with opportunities at multiple locations. Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer phones/incoming calls as well as making outbound calls. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Requirements
1 - 2 years of customer service experience Pleasant personality and dependable P&C insurance license is preferred Must be skilled in using computer programs and very comfortable with using any and all types of technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc) Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented, organized and able to work independently as well as with the team Ability to multitask Additional Details
