Job Purpose:
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to introduce talent to the world of Luxury Fashion and Media. The Digital Marketing & Media Trainee will support the strategic development and implementation of all Americas media initiatives for the couture division. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day-to-day tasks and long-term project work. As part of the program, Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop an initiative to improve business results, presenting their project plan to the Executive Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the efficient allocation of creative assets for all media platforms, including print, digital display, social, and outdoor
Oversee the production timeline, production tracker, visual media plan, and approval processes for all media placements
Manage invoices, invoice tracker and billing process
Compile monthly and seasonal competitive analysis reports across all markets and media types
Communicate daily with the Paris office for project coordination and presentation of new media opportunities across the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil
Manage media plan updates in Mediayours tool
Review media authorizations prior to management sign-off
Organize reporting documents
Review social media plan and preview links across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest
Contribute to the creation of 360 media decks and executive presentations in PowerPoint
Maintain media library
Manage administrative tasks
Qualifications
At least 6 months of prior experience
Full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027
Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
Strong communications skills both verbal and written
Aptitude in working with numbers and analyzing data
Excellent proactivity, follow-through, and follow-up practices
Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
Must be highly organized, diligent, and attentive to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Design and Visual Storytelling in PowerPoint a plus
Must possess positive “can do” attitude and be knowledgeable about the luxury fashion industry
Additional information The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company\'s medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
