As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will learn foundational skills to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives. You will begin working in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and client care. We will equip you with what you need as you progress through the stages of development. When you have demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will continue to practice the skills you’ve learned by growing and deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients. The Academy will support you with dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements; you will register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. We’ll help you: Build a successful career at Bank of America through world-class training and onboarding programs. Receive training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers who are invested in your success. Grow your business knowledge using a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and appropriate solutions. Earn your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time. You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of hire and your Series 7 & 66 within 120 days, a requirement for the role. Build your network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients; leverage relationships to help grow your business. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions to meet financial needs. Build and manage client relationships and deliver appropriate financial solutions. Acquire and deepen client relationships through understanding client needs and offering suitable investment and banking solutions. Present client reviews and recommendations to help clients meet financial goals. Collaborate with banking and investment partners to deliver integrated solutions. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions. Successful in building strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Security requires registration/clearance where applicable. Desired Qualifications

Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills

Pay Transparency details US - NJ - Clifton - 1045 Clifton Ave - CLIFTON BC (NJ6153) Pay and benefits information Pay range $28.85 - $33.65 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
