Full time position responsible for working with the Property Manager and Assistant Manager in obtaining residents to reside at this specific property. Saturdays required. Compensation
Starting pay $17.50 per hour plus monthly bonus. Responsibilities
Obtaining Rental Applications and processing said for approval. Resident/Landlord Relations Maintain the highest level of occupancy possible Assist the Property Manager in implementing marketing directions by maintaining an accurate traffic log. Obtain qualified applicants to become residents by completing all application process. Assimilation of knowledge about current vacant units and schedule of future vacant units. Greeting all prospects by phone, in person, with the goal of gaining a lease. Maintain the best presentation of models and common areas, scheduling and performing necessary functions to ensure this. Obtain knowledge needed to professionally and objectively compare your property with your competition. Completion of all verification on a timely basis, to submit to Community Manager for proper approval. High energy Class A / New Construction property Weekend work required Team player Complete Lease agreement forms for all residents. Complete the resident move in inspection with the resident upon move in. Assist in the handling of resident complaints diplomatically, professionally and timely. Be up to date on all state statutes that pertain to Tenant / Landlord relations, including the Fair Housing and Americans with Disabilities Act. Qualifications
Sales experience or previous leasing experience preferred Ability to work as part of a team Strong communication and customer-service skills Weekend availability as required High energy and professional demeanor Knowledge of state statutes pertaining to Tenant/Landlord relations and Fair Housing/ADA
