Bexley Crossing at Providence - Ballantyne area Pay:
Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $20/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses Benefits:
Rent discount, paid holidays, birthday time off, PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, Employee Assistance Program, 401k. Schedule:
Must be available to work rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events
What You Will Do / Responsibilities
Front line resident services, team interaction, fast-paced learning, and communicating in persuasive and difficult situations.
Assist with leadership/management activities and provide direction for professional development.
Maintain attention to detail and leverage prior property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality experience.

Occasionally you may work outside standard hours to support resident events or assist during weather challenges.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Engage with prospects, answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments, and conduct community tours.
Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, request security deposits, and obtain signatures.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, including renewals, notices to vacate, early termination, add-ons, transfers, and account questions.
Collaborate with maintenance, walk units when ready, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders.
Create a positive move-in experience and manage move-outs and security deposit dispositions.
Post rent payments and follow up on balances owed.
Plan and host resident activities.
Lead the team, assist with training, and help achieve goals.
Assist the Property Manager as needed.
