The Training & Enablement Specialist is involved with the design, development, and delivery of training programs aligned with Prime IV’s operational and clinical standards. This role focuses on executing the learning roadmap through content development, training facilitation, and LMS support, applying professional judgment to determine appropriate instructional approaches, delivery methods, and learning solutions within established standards. The Specialist also coordinates internal and field communications related to training and resources, including company-wide meetings and recurring field updates. This role supports Prime IV’s business operations by influencing how training standards, learning systems, and enablement practices are applied across the network to drive consistency, compliance, and performance. Responsibilities:

Content Development & Production

Design and execute instructional solutions by selecting appropriate instructional methods, formats, and modalities to meet defined learning objectives. Create and maintain curriculum content using instructional design principles to determine structure, sequencing, and learner engagement approaches for both clinical and operational training modules as defined by the learning roadmap. Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to align content with Prime IV brand standards and client experience expectations. Evaluate and translate complex information into effective learning experiences aligned with brand standards. Training Facilitation & Delivery

Lead and oversee training delivery, including facilitation of high-impact sessions, using professional judgment to adapt facilitation techniques based on audience needs and feedback to support consistent operations, sales, and service. Facilitate key brand-wide training programs, ensuring all training reinforces operational best practices and safety standards. Determine the most effective training approach and sequencing for initiative rollouts within established timelines. Recommend updates to training standards, frameworks, and enablement practices based on field feedback, performance trends, and operational needs. Coordinate with internal partners to align training delivery with current initiatives, timing, and field needs. LMS Administration & Learning Technology Support

Administer the LMS, making informed decisions on course structure, learning paths, and platform configuration to support operational needs. Recommend improvements to learning workflows and system usage based on platform capabilities and user experience. Operational Documentation & Process Support

Develop and refine field-facing documentation, using judgment to determine appropriate level of detail, format, and organization for usability and consistency. Assist with documenting and standardizing internal processes, maintaining clear records to support cross-functional knowledge sharing. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in documentation and recommend revisions prior to publication. Support cross-functional review and alignment prior to publishing field-facing resources. Assess the operational impact of training and enablement decisions and escape or recommend changes that materially affect field execution, compliance, or scalability. Serve as a project lead for assigned training initiatives, making day-to-day decisions on task sequencing, timelines, and execution approach while escalating priorities or risks as needed. Internal & Field Communications

Coordinate field-facing communications related to training, resources, and operational updates. Partner with internal stakeholders to collect content, review materials for clarity and accuracy, and prepare communications for leadership review. Manage the scheduling and distribution of approved communications, including midweek memos. Plan and facilitate company-wide meetings such as All Hands, including agenda coordination, deck assembly, and meeting logistics. Publish, archive, and maintain records of communications within approved platforms, supporting organization and version tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience designing instructional materials and delivering learning experiences. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Experience creating scalable learning solutions, including eLearning and instructor-led training. Experience working with LMS platforms and eLearning tools. Ability to develop clear, practical training materials for distributed or multi-location teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Preferred Skills & Experience

to build eLearning content. Experience with

for training materials and job aids. Experience using

or similar communication and training platforms. Experience supporting training in a franchise, healthcare, or regulated environment. PLEASE READ:

This role follows a hybrid work schedule aligned with the Sr. Training & Enablement Manager, with an expectation of approximately three (3) days per week working in the office and two (2) days working remotely. During Prime IV Academy weeks and other designated training periods, this role is expected to be fully in person for the duration of the program. Over the course of the year, the role is anticipated to average approximately 70% in-office and 30% remote work, with increased in-office presence during Academy weeks and key training initiatives. This is an exempt position with a targeted salary range of

$60,000–$70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
