A consultative, detail-oriented Inside Sales Consultant who excels at converting inbound demand into closed sales while delivering a premium, brand-aligned customer experience. This role manages the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through order finalization—serving homeowners, designers, builders, and commercial clients with clarity, professionalism, and confidence. What you bring.

Inbound Sales & Customer Experience Responds promptly and professionally to inbound phone, email, and web inquiries. Qualifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products, finishes, and custom options. Prepares accurate quotes, guides customers through the ordering process, and closes sales. Represents CopperSmith’s craftsmanship, quality, and premium brand values in every interaction. Process & Collaboration Maintains accurate customer records and pipeline activity within the CRM. Collaborates with engineering, production, and customer experience teams to ensure smooth order handoff. Supports trade and B2B clients with detailed product knowledge and project coordination. Performance & Accountability Consistently achieves monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manages multiple inbound opportunities efficiently using a structured sales process. Demonstrates high attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership. General Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in inside sales, inbound sales, customer service, or consultative selling roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical or custom product details. Experience selling premium products, home improvement items, or custom-made goods preferred. Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
