Overview
Smith Moore & Associates (SMA) is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team of association management professionals! SMA is a fast-paced association management company located on the burgeoning R Street in downtown Sacramento. We provide association management services including administration, governance, accounting, meeting planning, exhibitor/sponsor relations, strategic planning, and design/communication/IT services under one roof. Responsibilities
Membership support, retention, recruitment and reattraction
Program/content, registration, and attendee experience for events and conferences
Professional development offerings
Board of Directors and committee support
Marketing and internal/external communications
We are recruiting for an emerging staff leader with a can-do attitude who can multi-task while still providing the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications
Three - five years of high-level customer service or administrative experience required. Candidates that have experience in non-profit or association management are encouraged to apply.
Enjoys working with volunteers, writing, editing, marketing and communications
Solid understanding of database operations, Microsoft Office, and other office technology desired
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with offsetting experience preferred
Salary DOQ
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
