What you’ll do

The Order Management Specialist owns the process for validating and activating all accepted quotes within 24 hours in accordance with WW Revenue Operations policies and all DocuSign compliance policies. In addition to standard Sales Support responsibilities, this role identifies problem areas and provides recommendations, handles provisioning for closed Sales Orders, monitors reports, resolves internal customer issues, and trains new employees. This position requires extensive coordination with Sales, Commissions, IT, Legal, and Revenue Accounting. The individual must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, well-organized, and extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations. Responsibilities

Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to DocuSign sales order acceptance policies Process contracts and orders and ensure clean bookings in compliance with company policy Manage provisioning and delivery issues including timely delivery of product Perform daily and monthly audits of all Compliance reports Coordinate with Rev Ops Deal Desk to enforce best practices around deal structure, order form guidelines, and all other presale processes for a smooth booking process Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base Contribute ideas and innovations to improve existing systems, work processes and procedures Establish strong relationships with Sales, Billing/Collections, Sales Compensation, Revenue Accounting, and other internal resources as appropriate What you bring

Basic Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant experience Minimum of 2 years related experience Preferred Possess strong level of expertise in Salesforce.com application Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to articulate verbally and in writing, willingness to explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while meeting deadlines where adaptability is imperative Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close Ability to understand broader business and financial issues Extreme attention to detail Thrive in a team environment Experience with projects involving coordinated efforts across large cross-functional teams Awareness of people versus technology as security factors Ability to maintain composure in critical situations Focus on internal stakeholder/customer satisfaction Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, pay ranges in the following locations: California: $35.67/hour - $51.43/hour Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $33.37/hour - $43.35/hour Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $33.37/hour - $46.38/hour Washington DC: $35.67/hour - $46.38/hour Ohio: $30.38/hour - $39.51/hour This Role Is Also Eligible For The Following Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance. Benefits
