
3D PLUS USA is a global leader in high-reliability microelectronic solutions for space, defense, and aerospace applications. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with 5–10 years of experience to support and grow our business in the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, VA, DC, DE, NJ, EPA, Metro NY). This role is ideal for a technically oriented sales professional who thrives in customer engagement and wants to make an impact in the space and aerospace markets.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage and develop accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on space and aerospace customers.
Drive sales of advanced semiconductors, memory solutions, power and protection solutions, and camera heads/camera systems for space applications.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including BAE Systems, NASA, JHU-APL, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, and Lockheed Martin.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering and procurement teams.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategy.
Travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
This position is expected to expand over time to include additional territories currently managed by senior leadership, such as:
Midwest: IL, MI, IN, KY, NE, IA, MN, ND, SD, MO, KS, OH, WPA, WI
Canada
New England and Upstate NY
Southeast: TN, NC, SC, AL, GA, MS, FL
