Work Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay Details: $148,720 - $223,080 USD Line Of Business: TD Wealth The Regional Sales Manager – Private Client (RSM) is responsible for the direct management of teams of Wealth Professionals (Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors), who work collaboratively with additional Partners to meet or exceed the needs of High Net Worth clients in a Market. The RSM leads hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supervision of RM/IA teams, ensures regulatory compliance, develops partnerships, and drives referral activity and revenue growth. Responsibilities

Provide people management leadership: hire, set goals, develop staff, manage performance and compensation, promote teamwork, and handle disciplinary actions as required. Directly supervise Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Advisors (IAs). Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for RMs and IAs in assigned regions; coordinate licensing, training, and coaching for individuals and teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to advisory activities. Increase referral activity from AMCB (Retail and Commercial) by building confidence in Partners that referrals receive exceptional advice and service. Coach and manage the sales of High Net Worth solutions and overall productivity. Achieve sales and revenue goals for the Market; align store coverage with Market needs in collaboration with WMP and AMCB leaders. Develop strong relationships with Wealth, Retail, and other internal/external partners; provide training, sales ideas, and guidance to grow client relationships, balances, revenue, and Market share. Lead high-impact sales initiatives, coaching sessions, marketing programs, and support for RM and IA teams. Assess RM/IA performance relative to market opportunities and communicate strengths and opportunities to teams. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence. Collaborate with business development to launch campaigns generating leads and opportunities. Apply a financial planning approach to HNW solutions and coach teams accordingly. Collaborate with Wealth Partners to supervise HNW activity and with Client Support Partners to deliver exemplary service. Foster a collegial environment for long-term employee and client relationships. Support operational excellence, controls, and risk management; own risk within the business and leadership. Travel within the Market is required (extensive travel). Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 7+ years related experience including advisory sales and sales leadership Licenses/Registrations: Life/Health, Series 65, 7, and 24 (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication skills Proven people management skills Previous sales/leadership experience Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Experience performing complex financial, statistical, and budgetary analyses Ability to travel within assigned Market – approximately 75% of time Driver’s License required Other Accountabilities

Customer Accountabilities: support customer service strategy, consider impact on TD and stakeholders, provide high-level service, model quality service, and contribute to ongoing improvements in partner/customer experience. Shareholder Accountabilities: deliver financial performance, hiring and retention objectives, support TD Brand and manage reputational risk in RSM duties. Employee/Team Accountabilities: foster inclusive culture, collaborate with Wealth colleagues and partners, provide leadership and training, maintain open communication on project progress and issues, share knowledge and learn from others. Must be eligible for employment under FINRA standards; background checks and regulatory verifications required. Role may involve FINRA-related registrations; compliance with Regulation Z and SAFE Act where applicable. Eligibility for registration as a mortgage loan originator with NMLS may apply.
