Regional Account Manager

to join our team. In this field-based role, you will be the face of Greenbrook, establishing us as the leader in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy by building long-term relationships with key healthcare providers. The Role at a Glance

As a RAM, you will focus on account prioritization and local strategy to drive center performance and ensure patient forecasts meet or exceed expectations. You will bridge the gap between clinical evidence and provider education, ensuring healthcare professionals understand the efficacy and safety profiles of our treatments. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and other behavioral health providers. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Regional Practice Managers and Medical Directors to create business plans that align with global marketing strategies. Sales Execution: Generate leads, identify effective sales tactics, and navigate the complete sales cycle to exceed territory goals. Territory Analysis: Provide timely updates on territory strengths, weaknesses, and market trends to evaluate strategic development. Administrative Excellence: Manage work hours, referral data, and expense reporting with high attention to detail. Compliance: Uphold all federal and state requirements, including HIPAA privacy rules and the Greenbrook TMS Code of Conduct. Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience: 2–3 years of successful full-time experience in B2B, healthcare, or medical sales. Technical Aptitude: Strong computer skills and the ability to analyze and convey complex clinical information. Soft Skills: Leadership, initiative, and effective communication skills are essential. Travel & Mobility: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required; reliable personal transportation is required. Must be willing to travel regionally up to 80% of the time. Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience generating large referral networks in the behavioral/mental health and psychiatry space. Knowledge or prior experience with TMS devices. Physical Requirements & Logistics
