About the Role We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Account Manager to join our team in San Francisco. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a world-class portfolio of recruiting firms. You\'ll act as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them optimize their Paraform usage, improve operations, and identify growth opportunities. This role is cross-functional, working across operations, product, and GTM teams to drive marketplace liquidity.
Responsibilities
Own high-stakes relationships with top recruiters, advising them on growth strategies and operational excellence.
Identify bottlenecks from onboarding to retention and design systems to enhance recruiter performance.
Conduct marketplace experiments to test incentive programs, workflows, and automations that improve liquidity.
Translate daily insights into internal tools and product improvements.

Requirements
2-8 years of experience in customer-facing post-sales or operations roles.

Compensation
Salary range: $125K - $225K
