Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Joliet, IL. The Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting the right vehicles to meet their needs, conducting product demonstrations, and providing detailed information about features and financing options. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, achieving sales goals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, and delivering an exceptional retail experience. The Sales Associate will work collaboratively with team members and contribute to the success of the dealership.
Qualifications
Sales and Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage customers and build strong relationships
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effectively assisting customers and working with team members
Product Knowledge, with an ability to learn and explain the features and benefits of a wide range of vehicles
Goal-Oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Organizational and Time Management skills to manage tasks and prioritize sales activities efficiently
Basic proficiency with digital tools and dealership technologies, including CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent; prior automotive sales experience is a plus
