Overview
Concord Hospitality is seeking a proactive and results-driven
Catering & Sales Manager
to lead social catering events, including weddings. This role combines sales, event management, and guest service, with a focus on maximizing revenue and delivering exceptional experiences. A flexible schedule, including weekends (Tuesday–Saturday), is required.

Key Responsibilities
Sell and manage social catering events, including guest rooms, banquet food & beverage, and upselling contracted groups
Negotiate contracts, suggest menus, and coordinate room setups according to policy and client needs
Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction
Generate new business through solicitation, networking, and follow-up with past clients
Finalize and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and maintain accurate event records
Lead pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications to ensure service excellence
Monitor budgets, sales quotas, and revenue opportunities; implement strategies to increase catering revenue during low-demand periods
Conduct site tours for prospective clients and facilitate client meetings as needed
Train, delegate, and guide staff to ensure smooth operation of events and service standards
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in catering sales, event planning, banquet management or hotel sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Guest-focused with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
