Metric Search is now working with a leading air compressor manufacturer on an exciting new assignment. Our client has an international presence and focuses heavily on highly engineered products. They’re a high-end, well respected manufacturer with a product portfolio that focuses on compressor, vacuum pumps and other flow control equipment. Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is in charge of managing all functions within the branch. This includes managing sales, operations, service and engineering. In addition, you will be accountable for the P/L and revenue performance. Working directly with the senior management, you will be directly responsible for devising and implementing strategy to grow the revenue as well as making critical decisions to do so. Key responsibilities

Develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets Devise sales strategy to efficiently grow the revenue and profitability of the company Evaluate current operational performance and implement change for improvements Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in sales management Strong leader who has managed teams Background in industrial equipment, ideally capital equipment, sales Skills/Personal Qualifications

Based in the Kansas City area or able to relocate Proven ability to sell industrial equipment Self-starting attitude towards sales An excellent communicator with management experience A critical thinker who requires little guidance to solve problems High energy, self-driven person with an entrepreneurial outlook to business Interested?
