What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities within the assigned region
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Conduct needs assessments to recommend the right mix of equipment and lease terms
Negotiate lease terms and pricing, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments (maintenance, operations, finance) to fulfill lease agreements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and fleet technology
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Provide excellent after-sale service and support to ensure long-term customer retention
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business and/or marketing or equivalent experience
3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in transportation, leasing, or logistics
Proven ability to manage a regional territory and work independently
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of truck leasing, DOT regulations, and fleet operations a plus
Proficiency Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and good driving record and willingness to travel within assigned region (up to 75%)
