Harmonic is the startup discovery engine. The role is for a full-time Account Manager who will be the primary contact for around 80 clients for all things post-sale. We believe that how we support our current customers is of critical importance and a major differentiator for our company. We expect every AM to be industry-leading in customer obsession, responsiveness, depth of product knowledge, and the ability to handle commercials around renewals and expansion. Responsibilities

Own the entire customer relationship from onboarding, to upsells, and through to future renewals. Work with the world\'s leading venture investors to drive success with mission-critical software. Drive account activation and success such that every customer is genuinely impressed by the value we bring to their business. Relay customer needs to the product team to ensure the product roadmap prioritizes what will bring customers the most value. Refine your craft and our processes, and evangelize those practices within the broader team. Forecast with accuracy to ensure we\'re focusing on the right customers. What we value

We\'ve had high call volumes and occasional late Friday commitments; speed wins and retains customers. Role requirements

Bachelor\'s degree and coursework in business, sales, marketing or adjacent fields Minimum 2+ years of experience managing customer relationships, ideally in SaaS or data companies Resourceful, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to refine what great looks like Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing sales environments Excellent communication skills with a variety of users and stakeholders (sales, engineers, data scientists) Technical acumen and ability to learn software products quickly Willingness to work in person 4+ days per week at our office (NYC, Flatiron, a half block west of Madison Square Park) Pay

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter. Pay Range: $100,000 – $250,000 USD + Equity (flexible depending on level).
