Overview Schedule: Full Time - Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salary + Commission $62-70K
Responsibilities
Create and set planned weekly schedule
Assist in growing Paddock Chevrolet’s wholesale business
Call on existing customers and new prospects per the schedule/strategy created
Generate leads for the service and parts departments that will lead to new accounts for these departments
Maintain awareness and knowledge of current sales and sales targets
Conduct sales transactions with adherence to store/company policies and procedures
Complete all related reports accurately and on time
Participate in training programs, learn about products, programs and customers
Provide value added services (emergency parts delivery, pick up and drop off vehicles at service) helping to create loyalty to customers
Assist other store team members as needed
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Above average verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels (including customers, vendors and visitors)
Outgoing personality, comfortable on cold call
Strong organizational skills
Works well independently in a self-managed environment
Knowledge of desktop computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in an automotive parts environment or relatable sales and customer service employment history
Automotive experience a plus
