Timing: Feb/Mar Duration: Ongoing full-time Hours per week: 40+ Location: Des Moines, IA (onsite 1 day per week + onsite client meetings) Salary: $65-75K DOE One of our small agency clients is looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the Senior Account Director and help drive client relationships, marketing strategies, and multi-channel campaigns. The Account Executive will play a key role on a growing team – ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on organization, communication, and bringing creative ideas to life. Ideal Account Executive Candidates Will Have

3-5 years in marketing, account management, advertising, or client-facing roles Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, digital channels, and analytics Excellent writing skills for creative briefs, client communication, and presentations Confident presenter able to support high-level strategy discussions Experience managing timelines, budgets, and project workflows Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities Innovative mindset with awareness of current marketing trends Self-starter, go-getter, proactive and solutions oriented Job Responsibilities

Support the Senior Account Director with day-to-day client communication, scheduling, project coordination, and follow-up Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign timelines, and content calendars aligned with client objectives Write clear, actionable creative briefs for creative, digital, and production teams Coordinate with internal creative teams to gather assets, provide feedback, route revisions, and ensure accuracy of deliverables Track project budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables; escalate issues as needed Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics to support strategic reporting Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with precision and proactive communication Hybrid onsite 1 day per week (likely Tues/Wed) and onsite client meetings
